Worcester Township Comprehensive Plan
Worcester is in the process of drafting an updated 2022 Comprehensive Plan, which will layout a vision for the Township for the next 10 years.
The Comprehensive Plan addresses a number of topics related to resident quality of life, including: traffic, open space & trails, future development trends in Township, and the rural character of Worcester.
A Task Force of residents came together in partnership with Montgomery County to help formulate an initial Comprehensive Plan Draft in 2021, that has been revised over time, and an August 2022 Draft is now going to be considered by the Supervisors for adoption.
Comprehensive Plans are meant to reflect the long term vision of the community.
Do you want to help?
The Supervisors will be taking public comment in the early months of 2023 from residents about the Comprehensive Plan Draft so that any outstanding concerns or feedback from the community can be addressed before the Final Plan is adopted.
