Notes:
* This use is allowed only as a "conditional use" when authorized by the Board of Supervisors after a public hearing.
# This use is allowed only when authorized as a "special exception" by the Zoning Hearing Board after a public hearing.
^ In the Commercial district, building size is limited to 6500 sq ft without a zoning waiver. Only one use is permitted per building, and only one building is permitted per lot.
+ A significant difference between the C (commercial) and SC (shopping center) districts is that in SC, buildings may be larger than 6500 sq ft and may contain multiple uses.
