The Worcester Alliance for Responsible Growth provided testimony at the continuation of the Board of Supervisors' Conditional Use Meetings on Wednesday April 1st, 2015 at the Worcester Township Community Hall on 1031 Valley Forge Road. This meeting was a continuation of the hearing process for the Conditional Use Application that has been submitted by the Cutler Group. The group and their expert witnesses, along with a strong showing of resident attendees, made every effort to show and testify that our community does NOT support the Cutler Group application that has been submitted. The potential impact of this proposed development is huge. We thank everyone who attended in opposition to this and for all of the emails we received and for sharing this with your friends and neighbors to get the word out!
At the May, 2015 Board of Supervisors Meeting the CUA was DENIED! Based on the testimony and artifacts we feel this was indeed the correct decision! As well as many other Worcester residents.
The Cutler Group appealed this decision in the Montgomery Common Pleas Court in March, 2016 and the residents are still awaiting the decision from that appeal hearing.
